For us, compliance with social and ethical standards goes without saying. This means that we also comply with the internationally recognised principles and conventions of the UN Global Compact. These are, in particular, human rights, workers' rights and the exclusion of all discrimination.
At the same time, we promote and support the social and voluntary commitment of our employees. We respect and observe all regulations, provisions and laws that apply to us.
This includes, in particular, the non-acceptance of corruption, anti-competitive behaviour, money laundering or fraud. Therefore, no acts that constitute a violation of anti-corruption laws (e.g., the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”), the UK Bribery Act and the respective national anti-corruption laws). For us, sustainable profit orientation and fair competition are not mutually exclusive.
